Refund Request Form

Once you submit this refund request form, our UC Scout Refund Team will review the details. You can expect a follow-up within 5 business days regarding the outcome.

Refund Policy:

A $40 administrative processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Refunds are granted if the withdrawal occurs within the later of the following two timeframes:

-Five (5) business days from the official course start date, or

-Five (5) business days from the date of enrollment, for students who enroll after the official course start date.

No refunds will be issued once a student has been enrolled in a course for more than five (5) business days.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If the refund deadline has passed, you may submit a petition for exception using this same form. It must be supported by special circumstances, such as personal illness, injury, or hospitalization, and must be supported by official documentation dated within the term. UC Scout reserves the right to approve or deny any such request.

Per UC Scout's policies, there is a $40 administrative fee accompanied with the refund. We will send you an email once the refund has been processed.
