Transfer Request Form

After you submit this request, the UC Scout Team will verify your course enrollment and progress in the course.
If your transfer is approved, a transfer fee will be added to your UC Scout account.
Once the transfer fee is paid by the requested date, your request will be processed in the order payment is received.

🚨Important🚨

Only one course can be submitted at a time. If you have multiple course transfer requests, you will need to submit the form separately for each course.

Do not submit the same request multiple times, submitting duplicates may reset your position in the queue.

🚨 Important Transfer Policy Reminders 🚨

If you have not progressed beyond the introductory module in your course, the transfer fee is $40.
If you have completed at least one assignment beyond the introductory module but have not passed the midterm exam, the transfer fee is $250.
If you have completed any assignment after the midterm exam, you are not eligible for a transfer.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email from ucscout@ucsc.edu with your eligibility status and any associated fees in 3 business days.
