Our extension request form is currently down due to a Canvas outage.

The good news: all UC Scout students will automatically receive an extension for the disruption period — no form submission is needed!

If you have an extenuating circumstance that may qualify for a longer extension, please check back once we notify you that Canvas access has been restored. The form will be available again at that time.
